I have done business with other banks/credit unions in the past years & been treated as a number, these folks treat you as friends, always has a smile, kindness, respect, and understanding. That gives them 5* in my book!!!
RecommendedGreat personal service at the Midway Branch that you can only receive from a hometown bank!!! Our out of state vehicle purchase was made simple by Nancy Hayes! Even the dealership was impressed, stating their part was made much easier with Mrs. Hayes’ documentation... they had never received such from other banks.
Absolutely wonderful staff here at SRC FCU!! I recommend them all day long!
The worse credit union I have ever dealt with, their customer service is awful.
Friendly and professional with all the big bank services but with a warm and personal manner. Banking the way it should be everywhere, but only found at SRC.
