My doctor got me an emergency appointment for the next day. Parking was ample for patients. I filled out a simple form and waited maybe 5 minutes. Dr. Cynthia was great. She put a temporary filling in my tooth and got me a follow up appointment to put in a more permanent filling the same week. ( I had to leave town and couldn't make that appointment, rescheduling was simple.) Dr. Cynthia is very professional and understanding. This place is such a blessing for my son. The dental staff makes him feel so comfortable every visit. He actually gets excited to go to the dentist! 🦷😁
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I never review anything, because I like to give places second thoughts. It comes to no surprise the one star reviews I’ve been reading. This place lacks empathy. The front desk is rude and has no sense of confidentiality. I was sitting in the back and I can hear there loud phone calls to patients, so unprofessional. Miscommunication within your team has become a serious issue. Every time I call, I get different information. Previously, I was told not to call frequently because your team would follow up, yet here I am being told I need another referral to pediatrics—again. It's frustrating and confusing when employees aren't on the same page. Consistency and follow-through are lacking, and all I hear is “I’m sorry,” but nothing changes.
