The receptionists here are so RUDE OMG this is not the first they did this to me!!! They’re not happy to assist customers.Every time I will bring my clients here you can’t even feel at is. I mean not comfortable . When you’re talking they TALK TOO they will not listen to you!! Specially the big lady here sorry for my word but I don’t know how I describe her. This is so AWFUL place.
I’ve left a bad review Here and they have removed it, I was just stating there was a certain receptionist that was being super lazy and was not submitting my son‘s paperwork therefore she was refusing to make an appointment. I called the next day and I was able to make an appointment no problem what a joke
I love my dentist! And I have had nothing but great service from all the hygienists. For years.
I’ve actually left this place they are a joke if the women in this building know people who don’t like you they play games with your charts and appointment . This place is a joke wait might not be long but you have to wait for ever for a appointment no one calls back the women setting up appointments don’t speak good English has always these weird accent you can’t understand.
