Veronica has been super amazing and welcoming with the leasing process! Super kind and a true gem at Santa Rosa!
I’m a bit hesitant to leave a review because this place is such a hidden gem in the Phoenix suburbs! I’ve lived here for several years and absolutely love it. The community is quiet, peaceful, and very well-maintained. My apartment has always been clean, and I’ve never had any issues with bugs. Veronica and Mr. Soto are fantastic, and the maintenance team is always on top of things—super responsive and helpful. A couple of minor downsides: the grills originally came with cleaning tools, but somehow they disappeared… not sure... read more
A very good stay especially because of the attentive and patient support from the management team. The only drawback is the the trash bin capacity is being stretched for a weekly pickup by the city
