Caution: Even when the issue is caused by a system error, management shifts the responsibility onto the tenant. Be sure to double-check everything, as you may be held accountable for mistakes that aren’t your fault.

I’d be careful renting here. In our experience, deposits were not applied correctly, and weeks later we were told there had been a system error that caused them to be posted to the wrong ledger. Even though we paid the exact balance the resident portal showed, we were still being held responsible for an internal accounting mistake.
