They are awesome! They were very quick to accommodate us because we were at the end of our inspection period.The owner Luke came out to the property that we are trying to purchase and gave us a quote for the work that it needed. Luke is very knowledgeable and sincere. He gave us much needed advice and even offered to teach us how to maintain our own roof if we bought the house. I would highly recommend Santa Rita Roofing for all your roof needs!

Santa Rita Roofing has always been our go-to people for roofing problems. They have always been very responsive, do great work and stand by their warranty 100%. Recently we noticed that a skylight in our garage appeared to be leaking very slightly. Josh and Simeon came out, found that a recent very heavy rainstorm had overwhelmed the ability of the skylight to drain water fast enough out of the weepholes, and drilled more weepholes for faster drainage. I have had Santa Rita Roofing re-coat my "built-up" roof a few years ago and then they re-roofed my roof last year after a hail storm destroyed the roof. They also installed 9 new skylights at that time. They were on time, polite, clean and did a very good job on both occasions. A couple of days ago I called them to inquire about some dirt between the 2 layers of my skylights. Within 2 days Luke had a crew come to my house, disassemble all 9 sky lights, completely clean them, put on new gaskets and re-installed.......with ou... read more
