I contacted them to buy a house. They initially priced the house $630k when we wanted to sign it. They kept saying that the road was not built so they can’t write a contract. We waited for nearly 5 months, they came back saying that they increased the price of the house from 630k to $750k and wasted 5 month of our time by just making us wait.
Great builder, great customer service. Greg Vaughn is very knowledgeable and has been a pleasure to work with. Empire does a great deal of customization for the price and cares about their customers. They don't have escalator clauses in their contracts and are straight shooters from upper management on down !
Building with Empire in Santa Rita Ranch was a great experience. Greg Vaughan, Construction Manager Cameron Blynn, and the entire team were professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Highly recommend!
