The contractor that Pulte hired to install our tile, incorrectly installed the tiles so that it failed after the warranty. Pulte was the one who performed the inspection and did the installation. When I contacted Pulte regarding this they told me that the warranty period had expired and I would not receive any help. I am extremely upset with how Pulte handled the situation and cannot recommend them as a builder. Look at another builder if you want quality work done.
We’ve had such a great experience with Pulte! The whole process was way less stressful than we expected and everyone was super helpful along the way. The house turned out beautiful, and you can really see the quality in the details.
Purchased our Pulte home a year ago , very positive experience from sales to move in . Any repairs were dealt with promptly & professionally .
