I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, especially since I'd previously brought my 1999 Honda Accord here for an oil change without any issues. Jose was friendly and professional throughout the process. I can’t recommend Santa Rita Auto enough. I work at a hospital near Santa Rita Auto, and Jose is honestly one of the sweetest, kindest people you could ever meet.
