My experience with Santa Realty was quite disappointing. Communication was inconsistent, and I often had to chase them for updates. The whole process felt disorganized and stressful.
I expected better service from Santa Realty, but unfortunately, they didn’t deliver. There were delays, unclear information, and a lack of professionalism. It didn’t feel like my concerns were taken seriously.
Rick is a great realtor, aggressive when he needs to be and relaxed when appropriate. We had a particularly challenging sell/buy situation and he handled it all very well. I had used him for a prior purchase and will definitely use him again, although I doubt I will ever move again, we are so happy here!
