I suffered from mental health issues and drug addiction and let me tell you. The staff AWFUL. The women nurses especially. They made fun of my addiction in the room with me. Making fun of me while i needed help. Def would not recommend. Santa Paula needs better staff. Also one of the nurses asked very annoyed how come I’m afraid of needles but not afraid to sh. Very unprofessional
This hospital is very poor don’t care about there patience unless there dying on the spot and by than it’s to late to help I’ve been here so many times they had me in the waiting room for hours in pain I dislocated my shoulder 3 times everytime I went here and they had me in the waiting room for hours more waiting than actually helping I was in excruciating pain before they helped me and they were really tuff on my shoulder putting it back in place were not gentle at all I was screaming in pain everytime I went here would no... read more

I was treated well, the place was clean and the doctor followed up with the pharmacy to ensure everything was ok. I was taken to the ER and stayed for one day in a private room. Thank you for treating me
If you can drive to Ventura , you’re better off. Almost every experience I’ve had here was horrible. Definitely do not recommend. Staff is rude. Especially in admitting. Do not put a person to answer the phones if they do not have the basic customer service skills.
