I was treated well, the place was clean and the doctor followed up with the pharmacy to ensure everything was ok. I was taken to the ER and stayed for one day in a private room. Thank you for treating me
If you can drive to Ventura , you’re better off. Almost every experience I’ve had here was horrible. Definitely do not recommend. Staff is rude. Especially in admitting. Do not put a person to answer the phones if they do not have the basic customer service skills.
Check in - Registration staff was not friendly or helpful at all! Just basic tasks such as taking my insurance card, asking who my child's pediatrician was etc. was met with annoyance. She made me feel like I was rushing her for saying I have my insurance cards if you need them. I was in no way being combative or difficult. Waiting for someone having outpt surgery was pleasant and secure. Had a bit of trouble finding an unlocked door to exit.
Nurse after me giving birth on September 2016 ( night) Sayed that my child will poop away - I don't know how we survived there- my child got swallowed waters, doctor set on my bed with eyes like it is first time someone gives burths. Not recommending to give burths there at all! My child just got taken from me without talking to me and sent to Ventura, and doctor Told me after all stress sleeping in the corridor for 6 nights I should go home, fet him formula when I wanted to brestfeat, that usually they send home with this s... read more
