I have had my car for 1 week . The 3RD day I had my car my check engine light came on and they literally pushed me off quickly to their maintenance people . They claimed it was a small leak . I dropped my car off at 9am today and it’s almost 1pm and no one can seem to tell me the real issue or how long it’s going to take . I literally am not looking forward to what’s to come if I am having these issues already
DO NOT TRUST THIS PEOPLE!!!!! First they stayed with the original copy of my car's title, then they "lost it" when I didnt made a deal with them and now they took 2 days to find my title but they dont want to give it back to me until I go talk to them? Are you for real?!?!? Is there any legal actions I can take? Yes there are and they are coming down!!
I buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee last april and this month got issues already.. I have to change the alternator and the battery is new and the jeep doesn't turn over. Wont start....

These people are a hot mess all they do is lie you call and you never get through I called more than a dozen times I got the runaround I was told that my money was going to be refunded back to my card if I didn’t decide to do business with them now they’re telling me that I have to wait till Friday the guy Sam or whatever his name was is super rude talks over you rushes you off the phone, Also when I called it was always he’s with a customer they’re not that busy the vehicles are crazy expensive ridiculous never shop here.
Terrible customer service 💯bad vibes off the rip don’t invest money into Santa motors🙅🏽♂️
