Purchased new vehicle today They worked with me to ensure I was able to purchase a vehicle. Was given the run around with another dealer walked into Santa motors and drove away the same day We will be back for our second vehicle.
Sold me a lemon only had car 7 months the rear-end and transmission are bad they say they did work still same issue refuse to show any old parts or receipts show parts was purchased .they treat me like dog crap .headlights don't shine at night .this is something that was told to them the first time I took car back with 30 day warranty all around horrible service
worst place everrrr to buy a car. They make everything sound good but its definitely not. Me and 4 of my friends all got cars within a few days and every single one of us a year later has had to put so much money into the cars. After a year its like the cars stop working. I DONT NOT RECCOMEND!!!!
whew child I will never recommend anyone to them heavy on the NEVER. September 1, 2020 I finance a 2012 GMC Acadia from them. I drove off the lot around 6:00 got home and check engine light came on along with my ABS light and my traction light I called them notified them no one got back to me. so I left the car sit overnight I drove the car the next day which was fine for 2 hours. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! Went there looking for a $9,000 car at most and somehow the got me into one that was $25,000. Here we are not even 7 months later and my car is not working at the moment and needs almost $2,000 worth of work done. My “warranty” doesn’t cover it and when I asked for their helped they hung up the phone on me. So I went to their location where all the gentlemen there were rude to me in front of my two small kids and kicked me off the property. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! They are scammers.
I’m in the market for a new car and was at their lot today. I witnessed the most horrible customer service today. This poor girl who had two small children had purchased a car from them which was having issues. Instead of helping her , they were rude and disrespectful and threatened to call the cops on her. I promptly jumped in my car and left. No regard for their customer or product. I felt bad for the girl and how she was treated after spending thousands from them.

Mom bought a Ford Escape 2008 a while ago and just to find out most of the pieces of the truck are junk yard pieces. They are scammers and they will rip you off. Don’t make no business with them.
