Security guard was wired and kindly rude, I was there around 2:30 pm this would be the day shift, he gad dark dark black hair and he is not worth me explaining he's rudeness but I bet you a million bucks he would not had of treated a white person that way. My son was brought there by ambulance I wanted them to take my son to his normal medical center which is Kaiser but we ended up ay UCLA terrible not like what it used to be. Then the ER is disgusting and nasty look like a jail it was disgusting.

I went in and saw a doctor for 8 minutes. He did nothing other than look. I got 3 different bills for those 8 minutes, totaling more than $800. UPDATE: Note that the owner replied below, did the same thing on yelp, with a form to fill out. I did fill out the form, and called the office. no action was taken and I have no reply.

We had an extremely frustrating experience. My husband waited several months for a scheduled surgery. His pain has been unbearable. Two weeks before surgery, Dr. Mcpherson’s assistant called to cancel, telling us that the doctor went on leave. We were devastated , but understood something happened with the doctor. Unfortunately, UCLA did not offer referrals or any further assistance. This was after months of appts and pre-op. Extremely disappointing care. We are now starting over elsewhere.
