I had a very productive visit yesterday at the Walk-in Ortho Clinic for my left shoulder pain. I had made an appointment earlier in the day for 1 pm and was triaged immediately for an X-ray. Following the X-ray, I was quickly placed in an exam room and was seen by Dr. Jackson immediately. Dr. Jackson and his staff were wonderful. Although I have significant osteoarthritis in my shoulder and may eventually require joint replacement, Dr. Jackson suggested a steroid injection and physical therapy. The doctor fit me in, took X-rays, evaluated my condition, placed me in a splint, and referred me to an incredible specialist who was able to schedule an appointment just two days later.
