We would like to publicly state that no only did a racist white woman live in unit 110, she was also clearly mentally unstable. She doesn't want black delivery people delivering to "her" building? She doesn't want people who rent in her building although she said SHE rents? She calls other residents a$%holes when they inquire as to who she is after she's grilled others with the same question? I don't want to live in a building WITH HER. We hope she's gone.

My daughter booked this place when moving to LA without visiting it first. The pictures were taken decades ago do not let then fool you, it is a crappy place. Humidity is everywhere, has not been painted since its inauguration, the pool is a joke. Be aware, the administration feels empowered to treat you as they please (specially because tenants are mostly young people) they are disrespectful, abusive, people you do not want to have business with or even have them around. I used to live there, moved out last year. Inside doesn't look as good as outside. Many students due to the location, not good for working people. So many party people, so many Asians too. Manager lady is shady, mean, offensive and disrespectful. She has the aggressive attitude and wants everything her way. And this place is owned/managed by the famous racist millionaire Mr Sterling! Avoid avoid.
