I've had chronic headaches and lower back pain for years and have had a hard time finding a massage therapist that really knew what to do. Jake has been excellent. He understands the anatomy, uses deep but effective pressure and explains what he's doing and why. He's really nice and completely professional. I definitely recommend.

Jake is a magical human, truly cannot say enough positive things about working with him. The sports massage is wonderful and helpful to feeling better overall, but the extra nuggets of knowledge are really the most beneficial part of coming to see Jake.
