We asked for a yellow box, they delivered an orange one. They refused to acknowledge their mistake, and assured the box in the attached photo was actually yellow - it was just the lighting. Later, we said that we had ordered a replacement box from another vendor. They seemed to latch onto that and suggested the orange box was actually form this other vendor, even though we hadn't received it yet. This level of denial and deflection is deeply unprofessional and unacceptable, and frankly baffling.

We inquired about a last minute fabrication need and they responded immediately, then worked tirelessly to try to accommodate us. While we weren’t able to work with them this time for no fault of their own, we wanted to leave a glowing review because their care and communication throughout the process was top tier. Where to start? This duo is such an amazing and caring couple, and they really go above and beyond for their customers! I had been in before and just picked up a couple of smaller plastic pieces, but this morning I had a production emergency for an upcoming art show and came in first thing. I actually called before they were even open, and I think they could sense the anxiety in my voice because they were so accommodating.
