Regretful service. Lack of communication between staff members and overall veterinarian experience. APRIL 9th I booked an appointment at SMpetmedical because my pet lab was unusually lethargic. Met with Dr. Bijlani who after assessing my pet recommended an immediate X-ray as it could possibly be Pyometra. (Uterus infection). When those came in, she came, head down and somber, sat on the floor, and told me she was not sure if she had Pyometra or not, however, that she did... Continue Reading

By being a nicer place they never wrote a condolence letter after they killed our cat by accidentally over medicating, they very nasty and uncaring. All of our friends, neighbors, dentist etc. etc. stopped going there years ago.
