Terrible, unfair billing practices. Never had this problem with my dentist of @35 years, Dr. Alessini, who ended up partnering with this office. Turns out he retired, something I didn't know until I showed up for my visit. I have insurance, had a cleaning, exam and x-rays. Before I even got out of the building there was a bill in my inbox for $207.50. They "estimated" what my insurance would cover and sent me a bill before ever billing the insurance. Amazing staff and Love the new offices and tech. My dental team are super Caring. Doctor Kamins and Michael took care of my teeth on my last visit and saw the poor work from previous dentist offices and explained very clearly what they were doing and helped me relax. They fixed the problems and I'm feeling much more confident; and the process isn't over yet. Thank you all for your friendly space as well as a shout to Jasmine, and Gabby.
Teeth cleaning appointment was excellent. I am fortunate to have my dental care with Dr Kamins and Vanya as my hygienist.
Dr. Brand is By far the best dentist I’ve ever had. He immediately puts you at ease with his personality and I’ve never seen anyone give an injection that is so painless. I almost hesitate to say how good a hygienist Luis is Because he’s already pretty hard to get an appointment with. I love this office. I had periodontal work here, Dunn and Dr. rachkovsky Saved me pain and appearance with his skilled laser work. Honestly, these folks are the best.
