I was so happy that the service was done so quickly andright. MY service advisor was nice, as were all of the people who worked there. The service people were ready for me the minute I got there for my appointment! Bravo!

I went in to look at a car on the last day of the month when I thought they would want to be selling cars. The car I wanted to see that was listed on their website inventory was apparently being joy rode for fun by a manager or something for the entire weekend so unavailable to be seen? I just don’t understand how this is a good business model for selling cars. Unless they literally just don’t want to sell cars. I don’t know but absolutely blows my mind how ridiculous that is
I had a great experience at Ford SM! Allen and Igor made the car buying process seamless. I’m very happy with my new car, and recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a ford!
