The big problem here is they take way too long to get work done. I dropped off on a Monday at 8 am and didn't hear from them until Thursday at lunch just to hear what the repairs would be. Then I didn't get it back until the following Wednesday morning for what was really just a minor repair/replacement in the turbo. I would not purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. I was charged full price for the vehicle instead of the agreed-upon amount, and several extra warranties were added without clear communication—especially knowing I was in a hurry at the time. Although I later canceled the warranty, I regret not returning the car the very next day when I first questioned the numbers. although the people are very nice and friendly their service department is kinda useless .... i have a DEEP SLEEP issue on my 2 year old Maverick ....... ive tried to get them to fix it ...... they refuse to address the issue ...they tell me i need to drive it more ???? WTF is that ???... besides blowing smoke up my butt???? ..... almost two years now .... what are they waiting for other that the warranty to run out ?????

Excellent service from the entire staff at Piney River Ford dealership.. Big shout out to Brian, the technician who repaired my truck. It's running like brand new.. Also a special thank you to Joni Boyd in the service department. I think she should get employee of the year... So if you ever need any automotive work, I highly recommend Piney River. Ford..,
