Not a true "ultra luxurious" building to today's standards vs. now completed, newer modern luxury buildings down the street that offers more luxurious amenities. Not surprising to see many units vacant for months. Then they informed us that they were renovating the building and the upgrade will provide the best living experience to us valued tenants.
