I had my first scheduled appointment with Dr. Cutler today, but unfortunately I was unable to see her because I was told upon arrival that my insurance required a referral. The office already had my insurance information, so I do not understand why no one contacted me beforehand to let me know. Dr Cutler is excellent. Highly recommend for any skin issues!
Dr. Cutler is one of the best doctors I’ve visited in Santa Monica. She was very direct and transparent about what needed to be done, and she was also thoughtful and accommodating with my insurance. In an area like LA where it can sometimes feel transactional, it was genuinely refreshing to work with a doctor who was kind, understanding, and clearly patient-focused.
