I have never left a google review in my life but I felt inclined to because of how awful of an experience I had here. I called to make an appointment on the phone, and was extremely nice and polite both in person and on the phone. I had an appointment with Paul Smith, and from the moment I stepped in the office I felt extremely uncomfortable and dismissed.
