The doctor came late without any apologies. The visit felt rushed and the assistant never helped with the afterwards paper work
I have never left a google review in my life but I felt inclined to because of how awful of an experience I had here. I called to make an appointment on the phone, and was extremely nice and polite both in person and on the phone. I had an appointment with Paul Smith, and from the moment I stepped in the office I felt extremely uncomfortable and dismissed. I absolutely love Santa Monica dermatology group. I’ve been seeing Dr. Adriana Schmidt for years and years after having some really unfortunate experiences with other dermatologists. I had so many others try to get me to buy their expensive products, offer expensive services that were never needed. Dr Schmidt is really fantastic and never makes you feel rushed. This is a great practice especially if you’re on the west side!
