Great location, spacious units. Huge pool and a hot tub. Good value
We‘ve booked Fred‘s Santa Maria Harbour Resort Condo. But it‘s don‘t work, no check-in information, no Feedback for our questions and Mails. We‘re very angry.
Booked a condo thru Airbnb. Condo was advertised as having a pool and hot tub which was part of the appeal of the unit. After our 48 hour period for 100% cancellation passed we received a notification that the pool and hot tub were out of service indefinitely. We cannot cancel without losing 50% of our cost and we haven’t even checked in yet. Seems like false advertising to secure a booking and then not delivering on what is advertised but trapping guests into staying or losing 50% of their money. We never would have booked ... read more
