Hi, we are the Silva-Burrola Family, we moved to Sta MariaProps in 1991 with our 2 children ages 1 year old boy and a 3 month old baby girl. These Apts were the best apts we lived in the Managers there back then we're the best Maelin, Janet, Yesenia, and the Maintenance Crew of German Solorio. When we'd have a problem or an issue they would get it fixed in a day or so sometimes faster than that. Everyone there very courteous and they always treat you with a smile. Beautiful apartments!!! extremely spacious, the pricing is is excellent. They are a little strict example: no bikes, no balls, no scooters... etc. if you have kids that may be a problem. Their maintenance crew is fast and good at what the do, they get your problem solver almost immediately!
