Service writer was attentive to my concerns with the windsheild of my vehicle and didn't dismiss it. He told me about a new bulletin that was recently sent out as a solution to the problem and ordered the parts. He arranged a ride for me into town to get breakfast while I waited for the oil change to be complete.
This was a visit for a recall. The technician was extremely nice. They couldn't have a shuttle drive me because of the distance but arranged for me to have a loaner. They completed work without any problems. I was very satisfied with the whole process.
Upon arriving to Nissan dealer we were promptly greeted by an employee with charger in tow. He then attempted to try and jump the truck. He found a loose positive terminal. The truck started but he still wanted to check out the electrical system, which totally agreed with. I had a good experience. But I will add that the following week I received a flyer offering a discount on the very electrical problem I had rectified. That was disappointing.
I scheduled a full vehicle inspection online for a Saturday and when we got there, not only were the employees late but we were told they only did oil changes on the weekends. Also, 5 point inspections are not done at this location. Not good news
