An oversensitive, racially oppressed pity-party goer answers the phone and is caustic in all she says. Heaven help this business flourish despite her undermining of their imagery via the telecommunications interface. Not nice!
It is a sorry state of affairs when this office's personnel has to prevaricate to do "damage control" for reasons why they never call you back after contacting this office, having been referred to them. I called them twice to secure an appointment. "We'll call you," and then they never do. After eliciting the help of UHC to intercede, somehow they now can see me.
