While the counselors and programs are great, the tech staff/the people who answer the phones are extremely rude, unprofessional, and extremely misinformed about who does or does not work there, have zero knowledge about procedures, or basic information. PLEASE train your techs to be informative, be knowledgeable in regards to the place that they work for, and most of all have manners.
