My family member went to this provider. Billing has been a mess and non transparent. The PHMNP they saw billed them 150$ for like 5 minutes of chatting. Basically paid 400$ for 30 mins of time. If the appointment was to discuss medications, do not slip in 'psychotherapy' without consent. The communication has also been lackluster. If you want proper and professional care- look elsewhere. I’ve been seeing Maricela for 3 years for preexisting prescriptions. About 3 months ago I brought up changing my prescriptions to better suit my needs and Maricela turned into a different person. She started treating me like I was an issue. I even had to spend 20 minutes of one of my appointments to reassure Maricela felt validated after I was honest with how she was making me feel.
