Very welcoming place from all the employees, they answered all my questions to help ease my stress about signing up.
From personal experience I'd say they provide amazing service and are very transparent with what they offer for their prices. They're really friendly and seem very understanding (through all variety of staff). In general I'm very pleased to come here and will continue to frequent at this establishment. 😁
My family member went to this provider. Billing has been a mess and non transparent. The PHMNP they saw billed them 150$ for like 5 minutes of chatting. Basically paid 400$ for 30 mins of time. If the appointment was to discuss medications, do not slip in 'psychotherapy' without consent. The communication has also been lackluster.
