Broke down on a road trip. Called James in service and he saw to it that my adventure continued without delay. Great place. Thanks.
Had a shift lever problem on my 2016 Road Glide Ultra during our Desert Motorcycle Riders Central coast club ride. The service staff @ SM HD was first class. They got a wrench on it as soon as I arrived and had me back on the road in a jiffy! They even washed it and debugged my windshield. Appreciate the outstanding service and courtesy.
Thanks to Chris, James and all the crew for helping with my 1200 Sporty service today. Looking forward to the next time I'm there - whether for fun or for service. Excellent!
