I found Sante Fe Uptown completely by chance, somewhere between Montreal and New Jersey, when I realized a little too late that I needed dinner. With limited options on the road, I lucked out when this spot was still open. Walking in, I was greeted by a lively bar scene and a few scattered diners—always a promising sign.
