Horrible!!! Was locked out for no reason and lost a bunch of money due to their incompetence. I have called 2 to 3 times a day everyday for 2 weeks I have set on hold a total of 46 hours in that 2 weeks I have pushed one for call back every single day received two callbacks to just tell me that my callback time has expired. I have contacted every number I can find online with no hope whatsoever of talking to a human being the very first time I did get to talk to somebody I was told I would be compensated for being locked out... read more
Decent storage but new owners that took over trying to contact them for details are horrible and almost impossible and they rely on everything being through online or automated thats not how you treat customers by shoving them towards a robot.
