Lots of break ins and peoples units getting robbed. The comapny starts off with great prices and everything seems good from the beginning but i would definitely stay away. Cubesmart a much better storage place 5 mins away and there is a person on site to speak to during buisness hours and they still respond to you after hours.

I have never experienced worse customer service. Communication is ridiculously bad. My sister-in-law's stuff arrives in SC from FL with guys ready to unload the truck into her paid (not delinquent) storage unit only to discover it has been rented it to someone else. AND they have no other units available. Now what? And because this was an unmanned facility, she was told they could send someone to deal with her situation . . . IN FOUR DAYS! Absolutely deplorable! I finally got all my stuff out of storage at this horrible place. I started with the Valdosta location back when the local owners had it and it was a great place to keep your stuff. Then 10 Federal took over, and my rent went up. Then they forced me to pay insurance on each of my units. Then when I moved out of one they vacated the wrong unit and said I would have to sign a new agreement for the one I was still in because of their mistake. They also raised the rent again! I do not recommend this management company. No auto pay set up with your bank and no auto-pay with them accept the first day of the month. What about seniors who receive checks on the 3rd? So disappointed that North River Rd turned over their management to this company. I will say that their phone help are helpful as they can be in view of the "regulations". Disapponted.

Well if what they say they offer was accurate this would be a great security and access option for storage with a premium price tag. Unfortunately their entire system is automated and when it goes down you do not have access to your property for days which is significant if you have time frames that need to be met. When their automated entry system goes down it takes them around 3-5 business days to get it fixed. We have had nothing but problems since 10federal bought out the place we store our camper. We were not even aware of the buyout until we went to pick up our trailer for a trip and were locked out of the facility. My credit card was on file for our storage payment but I had to pay on line and pay a late fee to get my trailer. Great customer!! This week I went out to check on my trailer to find both LP tanks and the battery had been stolen. Called the Sherriffs office to file a police report. The officer as he exited the ... read more

I've never worked at another storage place before, but I'm impressed with how well they keep up with any maintenance issues and the ease of using the DaVinci locks. I appreciate the way they stay on top of keeping the sites clean and free of garbage. Other places where I rented didn't care much about those things.
