I rented from them for a year, paid on time and when I moved for work they refused to pay me my security deposit. I've reached out many times and no response. No upkeep or maintenance done of the rental house and it's clear they only care about the property owner not the tenants. I purchased a mobile home through Santa Fe Realty and couldn't have had a better experience. Arlys has been extremely patient, informative, communicative, responsive etc. and I couldn't imagine working with anyone else for my first home purchase. Highly recommend!
I have been renting from Arlys for 2 and a half years. She is always helpful when it comes to fixing things in the house. She is also kind when it comes to mistakes in paying rent a little late. Reasonably priced and willing to work with you.
