Our historic home, parts of which date back 300 years, located 25 minutes outside of town, required a unique buyer. After two years on the market with a different real estate firm, off MLS in the winter and spring, back on for the summer and fall, I decided to go with the Ricky Allen Group at Sotheby’s - we listed the property in mid December and it sold in April. We decided to sell our second home after a great five years in Santa Fe.
