Extremely Unprofessional I wanted to buy a bed from Santa Fe Ranch. I called them to ask simple questions like when it would be shipped, how it would be shipped, and the price (supposedly it was on sale for a lower price than the internet price). The person who answered the phone (Jackie) most of the time could not answer these questions and took a message each time.
