Extremely Unprofessional I wanted to buy a bed from Santa Fe Ranch. I called them to ask simple questions like when it would be shipped, how it would be shipped, and the price (supposedly it was on sale for a lower price than the internet price). The person who answered the phone (Jackie) most of the time could not answer these questions and took a message each time. Perfect store for western style furniture I knew my trip to Florida wouldn’t be complete unless I visited the store. ÂWe had shopped online for quite a while but the actual store is like a dream for adults!! ÂI was tempted to purchase some items but I realized that I had no way to tote it home! WOW! Great place My experience here was wonderful! My husband and I furnished our entire home with furniture from Santa Fe. At the Okeechobee location the staff was very attentive in our selection of pieces, which were a combination of in stock and online. The ease of this process was great. We saved over $500 on our sectional and ottoman too based on pricing we had previously seen at other stores. They offered us a discount on assembly too because we had purchased a large quantity of items. We will definitely be back!
A great place for furniture The owner, Gwen, is one of a kind when it comes to buying furniture. She makes it easy and fun, not stressful at all. ÂThere is a large variety of couches, chairs and wall hangings. ÂIf you’re into rustic furniture and accessories, this is the place to go! The drive was a long way from my home. ÂThere is clay shooting on the resort property, which my husband enjoyed.
