I feel like Cordova has a current ongoing pattern of placing his needs and interested above the needs of the residents which is clear when the cumulative effect if the situation is delved further into. Awful management. They have no respect for their tenants and have a pattern of dishonesty. They don't respond to inquiries or requests no matter how many attempts you take. Worst "management" you can find. If you want an example of how you will be spoken to by the owner then look at how he responds to negative reviews. He is the most angry and defensive supposed professional you will ever encounter. Only rent from them if you are truly desperate and have no other options.
