My initial call was answered and he came out within a day to inspect for mice entry points. The service was $100, which I was suppose to be able to apply towards the elimination service. Michael was suppose to provide me a written estimate with pictures so I could share the info with my husband. After a week of not receiving this estimate, I called and left a voicemail which hasn't been returned.
