I was sent a bill from this place. I'm a 100% disabled war veteran, all of my medical needs are paid for by the VA. This place seems to target veterans and the elderly.
I was sent a bill nearly a year after visiting that my insurance already covered. This company seems to be running some sort of scam. I wouldn't recommend giving them your personal information.
The company they use to outsource the billing is awful and Santa Fe Pathology could care less about the billing issues.
Same story as others- no bill u til.mpnths after service, and then a collections notice. I called the local office and they gave me a phone number to call, and I've called it for 2 days now and no one picks up. Horrible service.
Unnecessarily difficult to pay bill. A proper website would help.
