Same story as others- no bill u til.mpnths after service, and then a collections notice. I called the local office and they gave me a phone number to call, and I've called it for 2 days now and no one picks up. Horrible service.

Unnecessarily difficult to pay bill. A proper website would help.

I received a bill, and paid it in full. Then I was sent to a collections agency without any warning. I have been unable to speak to anyone who can clarify this situation despite multiple calls. It's an infuriating experience.

Surprise bills months later, impossible to get it all figured out. We got sent to collections instead of a call to try to figure out the debt, we didn't even know we had a bill with them as we were told at discharge all bills were available at the hospital portal. I understand expecting to be paid, but maybe try to contact us before a collections agency? Edit just to add, we did call and get it sorted.
