Spouse and I have been on the receiving end with other neighbors living here 10+ years of unfair and questionable practices. More than 20 families in just the last few years have experienced hardships after the 1 year renting and signed a lease. The story is the same with Property Managers raise rent close to 10% plus a late fee of 10% is added on and dont forget utilities for TRASH, WATER, GAS AND ELICTRICITY seperate. We've been here on a lease at Santa Fe Townhouses going on a 2 years since May 2023. So far things have been pleasant living here. We have the smallest unit out of about 21 existing ONSITE plus ours which is a 1 bedroom currently for RENT $1970 / month and we're happy that the units are gated in. Safer for the residents. Nacoel and rest of management do their best to address any issues with maintainance. Also theyve have been very accommodating which is why I think they deserve 4 stars.
This is a beautiful duplex, I fell instantly in love with the mirrors in the master bedroom. I have lived here for a lil over a year and no major complaints. Recently I had my AC unit die due to the California heat and Nichole and the maintenance team was wonderful through out the process. She checked in with me and made sure we were good. The maintenance man is truly my favorite person in the duplex's, he always makes sure I'm informed about everything and never leaves me with questions. Too much to say about this place, sold & hopefully improving.
I enjoyed my stay here. Unfortunately, I had to relocate for work. Otherwise, I would have loved the opportunity to continue living at the Santa Fe Palms. Management was always helpful and willing to assist me when needed.
