Wonderful, helpful people working there at every turn. They truly care. We were tested kindly and with utmost consideration for special needs.
At first, I really liked this place and the Dr. However, it soon became very clear that this is a money mill. The charges for having an epidural or injection are astronomical compared to other facilities. As well, you are charged over $300 for an office visit where the provider spends 10 minutes with you and does not touch you. And I’m a doctor. Highly do not recommend.
I went there because I heard they are helpful and do what they can for pain. I made appointments talked with a provider, mind you there are only 2 providers beforehand they had many not here’s only 2, I followed their plan I did the injection. Dr Bronner I think that his name made me in even worse pain. I still have the pain both Dra ignored me and didn’t believe my pain. Just received a call from this facility. I had trouble understanding the caller's accent so I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. I even apologized for not understanding immediately. When I asked for the location, he hung up on me!! His name is Trenton Sensiba. I wouldn't go to this pain clinic, ever. If the providers are rude on the phone, how can I expect kindness and understanding from the staff. Really unbelievably unprofessional...
I was oxidized in the triage room with a patient from staff. Very unprofessional. Felt I didn't know anything on the care I was providing. Patient information was misdiagnosed and was mistreated badly.
