I have seen DR. Woog who is fine. The administrative staff or system appears incompetent. They have lost important paper work, takes 3 at least attempts to get them to respond to correspondence, plus follow up telephone calls. Send you to wrong departments to get billing information, and then when you get the right one and leave a voice message, you guessed it, they do not respond. Years ago I saw Dr. Hinz at this practice and he was very caring and sympathetic and I always felt like he listened to me. I returned last month after a number of years and saw Dr. Hermes. Nothing about the practice is patient centered now. It's like a factory and patients are treated like things instead of people. I have PTSD and any medical appointment is difficult for me. I asked that they try to accommodate me for the spinal procedure and Dr. Hermes spent more time to talk me out of me diagnosed PTSD than making any effo... read more
