I went there because I heard they are helpful and do what they can for pain. I made appointments talked with a provider, mind you there are only 2 providers beforehand they had many not here’s only 2, I followed their plan I did the injection. Dr Bronner I think that his name made me in even worse pain. I still have the pain both Dra ignored me and didn’t believe my pain. Just received a call from this facility. I had trouble understanding the caller's accent so I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. I even apologized for not understanding immediately. When I asked for the location, he hung up on me!! His name is Trenton Sensiba. I wouldn't go to this pain clinic, ever. If the providers are rude on the phone, how can I expect kindness and understanding from the staff. Really unbelievably unprofessional...
I was oxidized in the triage room with a patient from staff. Very unprofessional. Felt I didn't know anything on the care I was providing. Patient information was misdiagnosed and was mistreated badly.
Who would have guessed this place has such a low rating I went in with multiple fractures been without any pain relief for over a week was questioned like I've already been to one of the best hospitals in the nation for a lower level facility to go against them is foollish the mayo hospital in Phoenix is a good hospital NM hospitals are so against helping people 😕
Spoke with a Dr. that I’m sure was abusing pain meds himself as the entire time he spoke with me he hugged and rocked himself. He changed the images he wanted me to get THREE times. To make matters worse, my total bill the consultation was $970! To summarize: 20 min, $970, still in pain. Don’t waste your time or money.
