The staff in the office was so professional and helpful during the application process. But soon as there was a problem with the application approval all their professionalism left the building. No one would or wouldn’t answer any questions about the reason for the denial. They told me to check my emails there should be a notice from the main office. That was a few days ago so I’m looking for a number to speak with the staff that does the approval process which none seems to know. Very upset with this.
Besides being not a very safe neighborhood. The lawn crew busted my 4 year olds window and took over two weeks to even come look at it. But I got a notice that they refuse to take responsibility and trying to make me pay for it. They didn’t realize I have a camera in my son’s play room of the lawn crew going by my sons window on a lawn mower when we were not home being broken. Thank god for the Ring Company.
