Sold my best friend a truck with no disclosed problems then it wouldn't start just a few days later and they were trying to refuse to fix it until she called her creditor and had them talk to the dealership then they said they fixed it but the problems never stopped to the point she had to return the vehicle after watching everything they put her through I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone and the manager Josh was easily the biggest problem.
Bianca was the greatest!!! I went looking for an affordable yet great car and she found me one, she helped me through the process, the best options and I left with the car the same day! I’m just so grateful for her awesome work!!!! I would recommend y’all to go with her!
Best experience I have ever had from buying from an independent dealer. I also went shopping at Toyota, and Honda but at those places I did not receive personalized attention, and felt rushed. This Mazda company made me feel I mattered. No high pressure tactics here. I highly recommend Bryann Gonzalez! I bought a 2025 new CX-50 Hybrid and just love this car.
Purchased a used Mazda 3 hatchback at santa fe mazda. Had a good experience working with Orlando and co. He helped me get the car delivered from their sister dealership in colorado and worked around my schedule while I was away. We noticed that one of the tires was damaged on the day that I purchased the car and they were able to replace it and get me on the road!
