A wonderful experience! Bob's passion and intuitive approach to his massage work is such a gift and shows great results! After my one hour session, when I got home and drank some water as suggested, I noticed I was feeling really good in my body and very relaxed. Probably for the first time in months, my body did not feel clenched and in that retracted mode. The pain I had been feeling was gone and I was able to rest and sleep very deeply. After an ankle replacement my body was jacked asymmetrically. I had intense shoulder, neck, and lower back pain. It took two intense sessions but Bob was able to relax those muscles and work deeply to aid my recovery. Functionally, I am walking and with less pain, and with greater mobility. Thank you, Bob. I'll be returning.
