I came to New Mexico during Spring Break from Colorado, and unfortunately, my engine cover cracked and needed to be replaced. I was able to order the part through Kia Santa Fe, and they graciously squeezed me in on my last day in New Mexico. Was on a cross country road trip and scheduled an oil change in Santa Fe. They suggested i replace my air filters. When changing, they got debris in the cavity that 'requires removing the engine' to repair. Not exactly something I want to do with my vehicle that has 35k miles on it, let alone pay for it. I originally left Santa Fe Kia an excellent review, but the follow-up after the sale has been deeply disappointing. At the time of purchase, I was given a tire warranty leaflet for tires that were not on my new Kia. Since then, I’ve contacted the dealership six times over a three‑week period --by phone, email, and in person--simply asking for the correct warranty information. Overall I had a great experience purchasing my new Kia K5 from Santa Fe Kia. Sarah was the best. Every concern I had, she was happy to address it. The whole process was quick and smooth. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
