I recently bought a car from this dealership. My experience was disappointing. I went in on Saturday around midday. The car had not been detailed yet. They told me it would be detailed later that day after we left. I wanted my mechanic to check it, but they were closed Sunday. I came back Monday at 10 a.m. The car still had not been detailed. I've taken my Carmax-bought 2022 Kia in twice for service (routine oil-change, multi-point inspection stuff, not trying to fix a mechanical issue) and they're definitely not cheap but they do seem to do a comprehensive job. I was able to make a convenient service appointment easily online, and I have to say their new facility is super comfortable and easy to wait in for a couple of hours while they dealt with my oil change, tire rotation, and brake fluid exchange, plus a recall for some arcane thing to do with the radio. Had a wonderful experience there in October when I traded in my car on a new Kia K5. My salesman George was great. Unfortunately somehow my trade was sold with the old plates still on it and now I am receiving speeding tickets in the mail. Would like to know how this was allowed to happen.
