We purchased a brand new vehicle from Santa Fe Kia this week and had an excellent experience. We worked with salesman Rydell and did our financing with Paul. Everyone was excellent. Rydell was very attentive great knowledge of the vehicles and helpful in making suggestions on what vehicle would fit our family. We decided on Kia because Kia for us, provided the most extensive and useful feature set for the best price. I’d like to highly recommend Santa Fe Kia particularly their Service department. They went above and beyond assisting us with a major warranty issue. Rick and his service team provided excellent service and professionalism during our issue. They are the best!
Update - same cylinder failed a second time after repair and the service center stole items out of my trunk. They found my emergency kit back pack in the employee breakroom amd tried to suggest that I must have "forgotten it there" Buyer Beware!!! I have a 2016 Kia Forte Koup with 39,000 miles. It broke down on May 2nd. It lost compression in cylinder 4 and is misfiring on all other cylinders. I brought my car in on 5/2 for service - it is now 6/15 and I am still without my car.
