Spoke with the service manager on the phone. I didn’t ask to speak with him. I guess they were busy and put me on the phone with him. I just had a question about when my vehicle received a certain service. He basically told me to look in my owners manual, that he didn’t know the answer. So I called Fiesta Kia, their service department was able to answer my question. Review for the service department: On Friday August 8th, 2025 I dropped off my Kia Rio to get a gas pump replacement and apparently they left my vehicle unlocked in their parking lot while waiting for parts. Today Wednesday 13th, as I showed up to get an update on the work being done I found the car unlocked and it appeared as someone had sleeping and eating in the car (see pictures) with no signs of forced entry. Even though they're under construction; sales personnel is very attentive and polite
I highly recommend Santa Fe Kia, especially Anthony the service manager! After breaking down after driving here from Ohio, the car was looked at in record time, and the repair turned out to be minor and covered by warranty. Santa Fe Kia saved the day and our vacation. Thank you! 👍😊
