I came for an eye appointment. Got stuck in traffic and arrived at 3:15 and was told the grace period was only 10 minutes. Explained I drove all the way from Albuquerque and took off of work for this appointment. Still was given no remorse even though it was only 5 minutes off. I work in Healthcare and that is horrible customer service.
