Very disappointed with the service department. I went there for warranty work on my 4500 mile 2015 Ultra during the Red River Rally weekend. I was literally a thousand miles from home (St. Louis, MO). I got there long before they opened and was finally told they could not get me in untill late that afternoon! Reason was they were 15 hours overbooked for the day. THATS A POOR MANAGEMENT PROBLEM!!!!! Screw that, I didn't ride a thousand miles to sit around there. One of the best dealerships I've been in. Welcome home with munchies and coffee always. Staff is always available and willing to help (not pushy) or just hang, talk and listen. Welcome new owners, very family oriented both personal and Harley and they as well as most of the staff RIDE and relate. I think Santa Fe as well as all of New Mexico will benefit with this dealership. Hope to see ya'll there, PA
The worst dealership I have ever dealt with as far as customer service! The sales department will not stand behind what they promise after the sale.
