I have used Santa Fe Ford twice. The 1st several years ago to sell a truck. This week to buy a truck. I will use Santa Fe Ford again for my auto needs. This week I worked with David; he listened to what I needed and the amount I wanted to spend. He had exactly what I wanted. I was not pressured to look at something more. The staff treated me with respect and kindness.

My mom's car was there for 2 months with very little communication. They continued to put "new parts" in it running up a bill with not knowing what they were doing. It was completed and they claimed to have called telling us it was ready but no one answered. They had several numbers and there were no missed calls or messages on any of the numbers. ALL CAPS BECAUSE I AM TRYING TO WARN YOU NOW. I PURCHASED A 2020 FORD EXPLORER WITH 5 MILES ON IT IN NOVEMBER 2020 FROM SANTA FE FORD. OVERALL BUYING EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WAS GREAT... UNTIL....I HAD THE CAR MERELY A MONTH AND STATRED NOTICING MAJOR CHANGES WHEN MY VEHICLE SHIFTED. I WAS ON THE INTERSTATE AND IT LITERALLY WAS ON CRUISE AND THE WHOLE CAR JOLTED, SLOWED DOWN THEN CAUGHT BACK UP. Thank you Mr. Ron Hinson, for the easiest auto purchase I have ever made. I appreciate the direct answers and the choices available. I will purchase our next vehicle here. The thing that stands out to me was everyone was on the same page, I like that, it really makes a difficult decision much more relaxing. I bought a used 2020 f150, and really like it.
