Extremely helpful staff, every time me and my fiancé come in here the workers are friendly and smiling. Alicia is an amazing worker with a lot of patience and care towards her customers
Had to change my 5 star review to a 1 star such a disappointment sante fe has been lately they messed up my payday loan so I had to payoff and renew my loan despite you being able to have 3 payday loans out so that cost me another 40 dollars and then their overdraft fees are insane I will be closing my accounts as soon as possible not the small town bank I had come accustomed to
My extended family and I have banked with Santa Fe FCU for many, many years. The customer service is wonderful and they are always polite and friendly. Grace Ellis has been particularly helpful and knowledgeable, but I find the staff in general to be outstanding. It is a pleasure doing business with Santa Fe FCU.
