I wanted to make an appointment for my mother and wasn’t allowed to do so. She has a hard time speaking English, and I go to her to all medical appointments. I was told that I would have to find someone else that could speak Spanish because I wouldn’t be allowed in. By the way, they were pretty rude about it. Never experienced this type of customer service in my life, and since we moved to Texas I thought we would be surrounded by more bilingual people. I guess I was wrong.
