ANSWER THE PHONE. WE ARE IN SEATTLE TRYING TO GET ADVANCED CARE FOR OUR ELDERLY FATHER WITH SEVERE DEMENTIA & HIS DEMENTIA WIFE. BEEN CALLING FOR 5 FREAKING MONTHS. THEY NEED MORE SUPPORT SHE HAS LOST THEIR CAR MULTIPLE TIMES. THEY CANT COOK & NEED HELP. WHERE CAN WE CALL TO GET A HUMAN TO ACTUALLY ANSWER THE FREAKING PHONE
Took several clients to this clinic they are kind and communicative. The staff is helpful and while not everything goes smoothly we get it done as a team.
Tanya was overwhelmed when we walked in to get my husband set up in the Santa Fe VA system. She still took her time to help get us in the system and helped make all the necessary calls to get him confirmed. The next day we met with Nurse Practitioner Nova Cooper who immediately directed us to get labwork drawn, started searching for a knee brace to help make my husband more mobile and she got us lined up for x-rays. This Vietnam Vet is startled, in fact overwhelmed, by the enthusiastic, Positive response I am receiving from Mariah and Nova at this clinic. 'Gratitude' doesn't express it well enough.
Difficult to get a hold of, however, if you have an appointment, they are on time and attentive. I never need to ask about shots, they are always on top of my requirements. If they or ABQ VA can't do it, I'm promptly sourced locally in Santa Fe. Great benefit for disabled Vets.
