Horrorable, the director is a high school drama queen who thrive on attention. First time I encountered her she was in the lobby telling patients and staff about an incident involving law enforcement and an individual who was bashing the picture of Trump on the wall. I was told to do a walk-in for blood draw. I arrived a week early before my appointment at 1:00pm and the secretary said blood draw is from 8:00 to 11:30 am. I called to make an appointment for my elderly veteran father and was told that "He didn't exist" in the system, after she finally found his records she said that "he needed to be reassigned" and would NOT guarantee that he would be seen anytime soon and he would receive paperwork in the mail in "ABOUT 30 days", so I could not make the appointment, so now we have to wait 30 days for the paperwork to arrive and go from there, the receptionist was rude, and the call was rushed, I was trying to ask questions about receiving car... read more

Horrid experience here specifically as well as through the system as a whole, but what’s new. The receptionist gaslit me on every spectrum. Ironically told me I wasn’t listening, even though she told me I was lying about not getting help and wouldn’t even offer to help aside from going to Albuquerque. Which helped so much the first time. I was also told that I didn’t go to the VA office in Santa Fe because it “didn’t exist”, but I’m currently looking at a business card from the VA with the seal of the State of New Mexico wit... read more
